Features:
- The Mushy Cushy Bag has enough grain to maintain a therapeutic level of heat for 15-20 minutes and will provide warmth for up to 45 minutes.
- The Mushy Cushy Bag maintain a therapeutic level of cold for 15-20 minutes and will remain chilled for up to 30 minutes.
- Can work as a winter warmer - No more fuzzy, leaky hot water bottles.
- Can be frozen in a plastic bag for use as a soothing ice-pack.
- Place on the affected area for soothing relief, hot or cold.
For use as a Cold Pack
- Store the mushy cushy in a plastic bag in the freezer for 1.5 hours before use.
- Wrap or cover the pack with protective material, then apply to the injured area.
- It is recommended that you put the cold pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the cold pack off for 15 minutes.
For use as a Hot Pack
- Microwave the pack on high power (100%) for 20 seconds.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- Microwave the pack for an additional 20 seconds.
- Allow the pack to stand for 20 seconds, before removing it from the microwave.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- To use, wrap or cover the pack with protective material, then apply to the injured area. Similarly, it is recommended to put the hot pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the hot pack off for 15 minutes.
Storage:
Keep away from extreme heat and open flame.
Store in a dry place
Caution:
- The hot & cold pack can reach high/low temperatures.
- Wrap the pack with a towel or cloth before applying it to the skin.
- People with known or suspected circulatory problems should not use a hot or cold pack except under the supervision of a doctor or practitioner.
