The Mueller Reusable Cold/Hot Pack consists of a soft gel pack that can be used either hot or cold for the treatment of inflammation and pain caused by sprains, strains, twists, turns and soft tissue injuries.
The Mueller Reusable Hot/Cold Pack is a versatile, non-toxic pack that is ideal for applying cold therapy or heat therapy and is recommended for the treatment of minor scrapes and bruises, muscle aches and sprains, headaches, toothaches, minor burns and insect bites. The pack remains flexible to conform to your body during use, and the economical, reusable pack provides long-lasting heat or cold.
The soft gel inside the pack refrigerates for cold therapy, and microwaves or boils for heat therapy. There is no need to purchase a separate ice pack and heat pack when treating pain, sore muscles, and inflammation, as the Mueller Reusable Hot/Cold Pack does it all. The pack can be used for any part of the body, and provides the user with maximal comfort and mobility.

For use as a Cold Pack
- Store the pack in the freezer for 1.5 hours before use.
- Wrap or cover the pack with protective material, then apply to the injured area.
- It is recommended that you put the cold pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the cold pack off for 15 minutes.
For use as a Hot Pack
- Boil or microwave the pack.
- To boil: bring 2.8 litres of water to boil and remove from heat.
- Place the pack in the water for not more than 5 minutes.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- To microwave: microwave the pack on high power (100%) for 20 seconds.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- Microwave the pack for an additional 20 seconds.
- Allow the pack to stand for 20 seconds, before removing it from the microwave.
- Knead the pack to distribute heat.
- To use, wrap or cover the pack with protective material, then apply to the injured area. Similarly, it is recommended to put the hot pack on for 15 minutes, then leave the hot pack off for 15 minutes.
Storage:
Keep away from extreme heat and open flame.
Store in a dry place
Caution:
- The hot & cold pack can reach high/low temperatures.
- Wrap the pack with a towel or cloth before applying it to the skin.
- People with known or suspected circulatory problems should not use a hot or cold pack except under the supervision of a doctor or practitioner.
