The Chattanooga Physio is a complete 4-channel stimulator that can be used for all aspects of Electrotherapy. The complete tool for electrotherapy.
The Chattanooga Physio is a complete electrotherapy device with 11 different programs to use; Rehabilitation I&II, Pain Relief I&II, Vascular, Neurologic Rehabilitation, Conditioning I&II, Incontinence, Denervated Muscles and Direct Current. The device can be used in combination with Mi technology. For this purpose, Mi-Cables are included.
The Physio Stimulator also has a Trigger function. It starts working only when requested in the protocols. It can manage the selected session and will automatically go to the next stage when needed.
With the Chattanooga Physio, it is possible to use one program on all four channels, but you can also choose to play one program on the first two channels and another on channels three and four. This way different body parts can be trained at the same time.
To prevent atrophy and limit sclerosis, Physio is the unique device that automatically calculates the ramp for partial denervation when only denervated muscle fibers are required to be stimulated.
The physiotherapy unit is indicated in the treatment of most musculoskeletal injuries and diseases as well as in postoperative treatment after joint surgeries and in the treatment of several pain indications.
Indications:
As an NMES device, indications are for the following conditions:
- Retarding or preventing disuse atrophy
- Maintaining or increasing range of motion
- Re-educating muscles
- Relaxation of muscle spasms
- Increasing local blood circulation
As a TENS device, indications are for the following conditions:
- Symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable pain
- Adjunctive treatment for post-surgical and post-trauma acute pain
- Relief of pain associated with arthritis.
As a pulsed current device, indications are for the following conditions:
- Reduction of edema (under negative electrode)
- Reduction of muscle spasm
- Influencing local blood circulation (under negative electrode)
- Retarding or prevention of disuse atrophy
- Facilitation of voluntary motor function
- Maintenance of increase of range of motion
Features:
- Muscle Intelligence Technology: 4 functions on all 4 channels: Mi-Scan, Mi-Tens, Mi-Range, and Mi-Action. 4 Mi-Cables included.
- 2+2 Channels: Choose one program for channels 1 and 2, and then select another program from the 2+2 program list for channels 3 and 4. This allows the treatment of two different body parts, or two patients simultaneously, or combines NMES and TENS as one treatment.
- Trigger Function: Start working phase voluntarily when requested in protocols.
- Automatic Ramp Search for Partial Denervation: To prevent atrophy and limit sclerosis, Physio is the unique device that automatically calculates the ramp for partial denervation when only denervated muscle fibers are required to be stimulated.
- Skip: Manage the session time and move directly to the next phase (recovery) when needed.
- Motor Point Pen: Included in the sets. This very useful tool in combination with the dedicated program helps to ensure the optimal electrode placement.
- Programmability: Creates and personalizes programs in order to customize the patient-specific parameters.
- Detailed Practical Guide: Treatment guideline recommendations and technical parameters for all programs included in the stimulator.
- Autonomy And Speed Recharge: Daily use autonomy and with the charger included in the kit, a full cycle of recharging will take a maximum of 2.5 hours.
- Wave Form: Symmetrical biphasic 100% compensated Monophasic Rectangular/triangular pulses Galvanic/Direct Current
Programs:
- 4 standard + 4 Full + 3 Optimum programmes categories:
- Rehabilitation I&II
- Pain Relief I&II
- Vascular
- Neurologic Rehabilitation
- Conditioning I&II
- Incontinence
Denervated muscles - Direct Current (Hyperhydrosis and Oedema)
- Optimum program configuration.
